Get ready for the full 15km course at the Tough Mudder Scotland event at Hopetoun Estate in June 2026.
This was my first visit to the new Scotland venue (It clashed last year) so I was hoping for some great sweeping views, great scenery and fantastic obstacles – I wasn’t disappointed!
This was just day one of an epic double weekend, packing in both the Tough Mudder and Spartan Scotland events back-to-back.

What a fantastic venue. It had a bit of everything! Hills, great trails and some spectacular sweeping views across to the Forth Bridge.
Hopetoun estate is fantastic and not too far from Edinburgh for those wanting to spend a little more than just a race weekend.
